There may not be a standard assembly that meets all the size requirements, but you should be able to order individual pieces.

Element: E-3740  (14" diameter x 2 5/16" high)

7/8" drop base : 97003383

14" XTream top

• 14" 66-1401 Black
• 14" 66-1401XB Blue
• 14" 66-1401XP Polished Alum.
• 14" 66-1401XR Red.

You may have to shim the base up a bit to avoid interference with the choke plate. Unfortunately, the 3" element with the 1.25" drop is usually on a collision course with the hood.
