Tilton 7.25" "Rally Clutch

Tilton dimension drawing

I have shown the clutch "laid" onto the stock flywheel so there are several things that must be dealt with.

The flywheel needs a step between the pressure plate mounting surface and the friction area.

Note the limited clearance where the flywheel bolts are.  Depending on the bolt circle, it may be necessary to shift the whole assembly away from the flywheel.

I have shown the ERA throwout bearing in its most rearward position.  The Tilton clutch requires a 44mm contact diameter - a little smaller than the ERA gives.  There may be a Tilton concentric bearing that can be adapted, although it might take some machining to fit.  No matter what, it's going to be tight.
