Our new rear body takes shape!

New plugs are being created for the front and rear body sections.  Once the plug is finished, molds are made.

Because the rear body has so many undercuts and reverse-angled returns, the mold will require at least 5 separate pieces, all of which must bolt together precisely.

Once the body is laid up within the mold, the mold parts are separated to release the fiished piece.  Then we will trim the edges, cut all the holes, and install the inner panels in a special jig.. Rear view
