Radiator and FanOur standard aluminum radiator is big enough for any engine you can fit in the car. It is custom made for us by Griffin with a 2 x 1.25" core. Unlike many "replicas" our radiator is tilted back at the top, and the mounting system and shrouding (on all four sides) is designed so that when you look in the engine compartment, it duplicates the look of the original car.
The standard fan is big enough for standard big-block engines in moderate climates. Texans with 427's should probably get the optional rear-mounted fan or you can also order a front-mounted dual fan setup (see the options) that duplicates the original car's. But we recommend that you retain our standard rear fan together with the front ones - the original cars overheated quite regularly!
